Rayo staff proudly offer sliding scale services to all clients or potential clients.

Our base out-of-pocket rate per hour of therapeutic service is $150 and all clients are told that inability to pay the full rate is not a barrier to initiating services; subsequently, a rate that is not significantly burdensome is decided on in collaboration with the client.

Moreover, Rayo staff commit to provide all existing clients continuity of care regardless of potential changes to  their insurance status, income, or anything else that may affect their capacity to pay for services (if they pay). 

Rayo CCC staff  agree to the following guidelines in charging fees that have been agreed upon: 

• Clients that agree to a late cancellation or no-show fee (specific to each provider) can be charged a late cancellation fee that is stated in the clinician’s late cancellation/no-show policy.

• Clients that are unable to pay fees or co-pays that have already been incurred may be asked to begin a payment plan in combination with a reduction or elimination of their fees.
