As a worker-led, democratically-organized CMHC, RAYO's board consists of all RAYO co-op members (employees and volunteers), as well as non-membered advisors.

Co-op members fall under the Co-op Branch of the Executive Board, while non-members fall under the Auxiliary Branch.
The Executive Board, which includes both branches, meets quarterly to review organizational governance (i.e. budget, programming, mission and vision alignment).

An organizer and advocate with over 17 years of experience in electoral and issue-based campaigns.
They bring expertise in campaign development, legislative strategy, grassroots mobilization, and forward planning.
Beni currently serves as Chief of Staff for State Representative Kevin Olickal.

Dr. Nancy Burke is Vice-President of ISPS-US.
They also serve as Co-Chair of Expanded Mental Health Centers of Chicago - NFP, (The Kedzie Center/LoSAH Center of Hope).
In addition, Burke is Co-Convener of 606, among other affiliations.

Daries has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, with a background that includes youth LGBTQ+ advocacy, environmental issues, and anti-poverty initiatives.
Currently, he leads fundraising operations at LIFT-Chicago, a national non-profit organization focused on breaking the cycle of poverty by partnering with families to achieve economic mobility and long-term stability.
Darius enjoys work that engages and positively impacts marginalized communities across Chicago. In his spare time, he loves to sing and dance!

Anne Igoe serves as a Vice President for Health Systems for SEIU Healthcare IL, IN, MO, KS.

Ryan is also an invaluable financial consultant for RAYO, and has been instrumental in assisting RAYO in organizing and systematizing our bookkeeping processes.

Kathryn Klingle (they/them) is a therapist at Freestone Psychotherapy and a founding member of Rayo Counseling and Community Co-op.
They have a background in Community Mental Health and Crisis Work.

Elyse is a registered art therapist and youth and family counselor.
Elyse is passionate about autonomy and self-expression, and is proud to be a founding member of Rayo co-op.

Yesha Shukla is a full-time fellow at the Treatment Center at the Chicago Psychoanalytic Institute, and an ongoing contributor to Rayo Counseling and Community Co-op.
She is interested in the ways that psychoanalytic theory can inform practices of care, reciprocity, and mutual liberation.
